This house is my house. We have never put it on the market because we couldn't part with it. We love it, but my husband cannot live up at altitude because of health of issues. We have lowered the price and are ready to go. The price was $290,000 previously and is down from that. We have lost the information to go in and officially change it so I am writing the blog.
